That’s it !
You need to take control. You deserve to understand why you’re doing what you’re doing-no more confusion, just real knowledge to help you move with purpose
Every journey has its twists. Mine began in 2009. I was 21 years old and had a deep passion for fitness.
From my early days as a gym coach to leading teams in mega gyms across Egypt and managing fitness programs in international schools,
I built a career around helping people live healthier lives. I trained clients, developed coaches, and opened my own studio. I thought I had it all figured out.
But life had other plans.
One day, in the middle of my growing career, exactly when I was 24 years old I was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes. It wasn’t because of my lifestyle; it was my genetics—something beyond my control. Despite living a healthy life, I suddenly found myself being told by doctors and consultants that my career in fitness was over. The advice was to quit, to stop training, and to give up on the path I had worked so hard to build.
But quitting was never an option for me.

I refused to let a diagnosis define what I could or couldn’t do. Instead, I immersed myself in understanding my disease —how diabetes affects the body and how it could be managed without losing the joy of movement. I dove into learning everything about diabetes and how fitness, particularly mobility, could change the game for people like me.
That’s when it all clicked
Mobility
I realized that mobility wasn’t just about stretching or getting stronger; it was about breaking free from limitations—physical, mental, and emotional. I hated seeing people, whether diabetic or not, feeling trapped by their bodies or circumstances. Watching others struggle with limited movement, stiff joints, and a mindset that said, "You can’t," pushed me to create something different.
We were all designed to move.
